What is Anime Bento?

Anime Bento is a monthly subscription box delivered right to your door filled with anime apparel, toys, and collectibles! This box renews at the end of your term automatically, so you don't miss a bento!

How can I become a subscriber?

Click here, select your shirt size, then select how many months you wish to purchase, then get ready to receive your bento box!

What do I pay?

Anime Bento costs $35.00 /month or less, plus shipping.  Anime Bento+ (Plus) starts at $200 /quarter.

How will I be charged?

Your order will be charged immediately at time of order or within 24 hours. If you subscribe BEFORE our cutoff date, 10 days before the end of the month, Then your next month will be charged on the 1st of the following Month. If your subscribed AFTER the cutoff date, then you will be charged on the 1st of the following month and then the on 1st of every month after that. EX: Purchased January before cutoff date second box and payment will be Feb1st and then continue on the first from then on. IF you purchased January AFTER the cutoff date your first box will be a February box and your second box and charge will be March 1st and then continue on the 1st from then on.

When does my Bento get shipped?

Bentos are shipped the week after our cut off time. The cut off window is normally 10 days before the end of the month.

I have a comment or question, how can I contact Anime Bento?

The best way to contact us is through email  at support@animebento.com. Due to the large amount of requests we receive, our expected time frame for a reply is 48-72 hours.  Messages made on our social networks are answered within the same time frame.

I think something is missing, what do I do?

If you feel you did not receive a certain product in your Bento, let us know and we’ll take care of it. Email us at support@animebento.com.


I didn't receive my bento but I have been charged twice, what do I do?

Some times due to delays in shipping your bento may not ship till after the next billing cycle.  This is something we try to avoid but on months with issues we will send a shipping update. For any additional qeations, please email us at support@animebento.com.

Do I get to choose what products I get?

Anime Bento is all about discovery, so each month you’ll get a box filled with totally different products. It’s like having your birthday—every month! 

How do I get a refund?

Refunds on new orders are only offered within 24 hours of ordering.

All other Refunds: All of our products are subscription products. You are purchasing a subscription that auto-renews on the 1st of every month. We have a strict 24 hour refund policy. Which means, if you forget to cancel and want a refund, you MUST request the refund by or on the 2nd of the month. We will not process refunds after the 2nd, even if your first payments were declined and retry was successful a few days later.

Also, please keep in mind that partial refunds are not offered for 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions that have already started. We do not accept returns.

How do I skip, change or cancel my subscription?

To make changes to your subscription, please log into your account via email at www.animebento.com. On the left side of the screen you will see a big red EDIT button under your subscription details. This is where you can go to change your shirt size, monthly package, skip a month or cancel your subscription. Please note, you need to make any changes before the 1st of the month in order for it be reflected on the next box.
